Anna represents a range of clients in commercial litigation, product liability cases, and personal injury matters in courts across North Carolina, South Carolina, and West Virginia. Her attention to detail allows her to execute complex briefing in trial and appellate courts and manage intricate e-discovery in litigation for her clients. Anna’s thoroughness in analyzing forensic discovery in a recent trade secret misappropriation case uncovered that the defendants were violating the court’s injunction and led the North Carolina Business Court to enter default against the defendants on her client’s claims.

Anna earned her undergraduate degree from West Virginia University in 2013 and her law degree from the Georgetown Law Center, cum laude, in 2016. Anna was the Senior Editor of the Annual Survey on White Collar Crime for the American Criminal Law Review at Georgetown. After law school, Anna clerked for the Honorable John T. Copenhaver, Jr., U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.

Anna is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in North Carolina, South Carolina, and West Virginia, along with the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
